The full warranty, in plain English.
What's covered, for how long, what voids it, and how to make a claim. No fine-print tricks.
Two warranties, written into your contract
The terms are written in plain language directly into the contract you sign. There is no separate manufacturer booklet to track down later.
Lifetime workmanship warranty
Covers our installation, for as long as you own the home. Transferable once.
- Workmanship covers our installation work. If a seam fails or something was installed wrong, we fix it.
- Leaks caused by installation error, for as long as you own the home.
- No expiry date on our work. The date on the contract is the start, not a countdown.
- It transfers once if you sell. The next owner is covered for 15 years from the original install date.
- In plain English, printed on the contract you sign.
10-year material warranty
The manufacturer's cover on the membrane itself
- The membrane is covered against manufacturing defects for 10 years from the install date.
- This one comes from the manufacturer, not from us, and it is a different thing from our workmanship cover.
- After year 10 the material is no longer covered by the manufacturer. Our workmanship cover continues.
- The liquid-applied coating carries its own 10-year term on the same basis.
Both systems are on our published price sheet, effective Aug 5, 2026.
What voids it: the honest list
Short and specific, because a warranty full of loopholes isn't worth much:
- Work done on the roof by someone other than us after install, like cutting through the membrane to mount a satellite dish.
- Damage from something falling on the roof.
- Storm damage. That's an insurance matter, not a workmanship or material defect.
- For coatings: pre-existing structural issues the coating was never meant to fix. That is why we check your roof qualifies before selling you one.
Not sure if something's covered?
Call and ask before you spend anything: (813) 212-3218, Mon–Fri 8–6. We'll answer in plain terms, not legal language. If it's not covered, we'll say so and quote the repair in writing before any work.
How to make a claim
Call the number
(813) 212-3218. It's the same number that's on your contract. A person answers, Mon–Fri 8–6. Forms are never required.
Describe the issue
Tell us what you're seeing. We'll schedule a look and respond within 48 hours, in writing. That's the same commitment we make on every job.
If it's covered, we fix it
Whether it's workmanship or the membrane, covered means covered. We fix it under the warranty.
If it's not, we say so plainly
You get a straight answer and a written quote for the repair before any work starts. You can say no.
A warranty is a promise to still be here
A lifetime warranty only means something if the company behind it is still around in year 15. We're honest about being a newer brand building a track record. The whole company is built to last the way the paperwork says: published prices, a permit on every job, everything in writing, honest margins.
That's the plan, stated plainly: do the work by the book, and be here to answer the phone when you call.
Your 3-day right to cancel
Every contract states your right to cancel within 3 business days of signing. It's in writing, and we tell you ourselves, unprompted. It applies to every contract we write.
It's on your contract
You don't need to dig up a separate warranty certificate. The terms are part of the document you already have. See how the whole process works, from quote to install to follow-up.
