There's also a practical reason to bundle
TPO's white membrane reflects up to 87% of solar heat instead of absorbing it. In Florida's climate, that can lower cooling costs by 20 to 30 percent. A new AC paired with a roof that's already doing some of that work can often run smaller and more efficiently than one paired with an old, heat-absorbing roof. That's a real reason to do both at once, not just a scheduling convenience.

- Your choice of roof system: the liquid-applied coating, the 45-mil insulated TPO roof-over, or the 60-mil insulated TPO roof-over. All three are on our published price sheet.
- A new AC unit, sized for your home and quoted for your home.
- One written total covering both, with separate line items for the roof and the AC.

The roof comes off the published sheet
$895 per square for the 45-mil insulated TPO system, $995 per square for the 60-mil. The coating is quoted after we confirm your roof qualifies. Price sheet effective Jul 21, 2026.
The AC is quoted by phone
AC price depends on your home and what the install takes, so we quote it per home, plainly, on the same call.
Both go into one written total

Nothing is scheduled until you've seen the whole number in writing. Every contract states your 3-day right to cancel.

Roof prices are published because roofs are measured in squares. AC pricing depends on the home itself, so a one-size-fits-all published number would be a guess, and we don't publish guesses. Call, and we'll give you the AC number for your home and put the full bundle total in writing.
