It means you get a real quote over the phone, backed by real measurements, without anyone standing in your living room applying pressure. We are easy to reach. Here's exactly what happens, step by step.
Call or text
You call (813) 212-3218 or send a text. A real person answers, not a call center reading a script, and not a machine. We ask about your home, your roof, and your timeline.
Satellite measurement, shown on your quote
We measure your roof using satellite imagery tied to your address. No one has to climb on your roof or knock on your door to get real numbers. Those measurements appear right on your written quote, so you can see exactly how we got your price.

Written quote & contract
We call you back with your exact price and walk through it line by line. Part of that quote is a roof-layer check: Florida code allows a maximum of two roof layers, so if your home already has two, the tear-off (from $100 per square) is priced in the written quote from the start, not discovered later. If you want to move forward, we send the contract by DocuSign, or by paper mail if you'd rather sign with a pen. Either way, you get a copy, and you have 3 business days to cancel for any reason. Take a day or take a week. Show your kids.
Install day
Your install date is set in writing before the crew ever shows up. For most homes, the crew is on your roof in the morning and finished, cleaned up, and spotless by evening.

48-hour follow-up, tracked in The Book
If anything comes up after install, we respond within 48 hours, in writing. A person answers the phone, the same way they did on day one. Your project stays visible afterward in The Book, our homeowner portal, with the line-item budget and documents in one place.

Satellite measurement is our standard process because it's fast and doesn't require anyone at your door. If you'd genuinely rather have someone walk your property in person before you decide, tell us when you call and we'll talk through what that looks like.
