A growing second market

Tampa Bay is where we started, and it's where our crews are based. The corridor through Lakeland, Davenport, and Zephyrhills is newer territory for us. It's part of the fast-growing stretch of Polk and eastern Pasco counties along the I-4 corridor, where manufactured and mobile home communities have been expanding for years.

Lakeland itself has a long-established base of manufactured home communities, and the area around Davenport (close to the ChampionsGate and Posner Park growth corridor) has newer 55+ and family communities alike. Zephyrhills, on the eastern edge of Pasco County, sits between our Tampa Bay base and the Polk County side of the corridor.

We're telling you plainly: this is a market we're actively building into, not one where we've been for decades. What doesn't change is the process: published pricing, satellite measurement, a written contract, and a firm install date, no matter which side of the corridor you're on.

What to expect on timing

• Drive times here run longer than from our Tampa Bay base. We'll be clear about scheduling windows up front rather than promising same-day arrival.
• Your install date is still set in writing before the crew shows up. That commitment doesn't change because you're further from our base.
• As we take on more jobs in this corridor, our routing gets tighter. If you're an early customer here, tell us that when you call, so we can plan the day around getting to you efficiently.
